Recruiter / HR Generalist
Our client is a platform that enables businesses to set up and operate internationally, by building and maintaining cross-border legal structures with help from a global network of legal, tax, and compliance experts, all managed in one place . So, when founders want to choose where and how to set up companies, raise funds, sort IP matters, and more, where should they start? With 60+ legal services providers spread over 20+ countries, the company helps founders figure out and verify their best options for legally structuring their businesses and projects, replacing guesswork with structures built with a global perspective .
Requirements:
▪️ 5+ years of experience with human capital in IT private sector, preferably startups;
▪️ At least 3 years of dense experience in recruitment;
▪️ Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
▪️ Growth mindset, well-rounded attitude and business acumen are essential to succeed in this role;
▪️ Excellent communication skills and ability do deliver feedback masterfully;
▪️ Proficiency in conducting various types of interviews and meetings (e.g. behavioral, competency-based or cultural fit interviews);
▪️ Expertise in building/enhancing recruitment and HR processes from scratch.
Responsibilities:
▪️ Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level on all human-related issues and perspectives;
▪️ Analyze internal processes and policies, draft a strategy involving all relevant stakeholders;
▪️ Establish necessary processes that meet the company’s actual needs and defined budgets;
▪️ Initially focus on tasks related to team expansion;
▪️ Keep abreast of the latest innovations and trends in your field.
Benefits:
▪️ Compensation for s seasoned Recruiter / HR Generalist:
A fixed part-time monthly compensation of 1,250 USD gross;
This role might be transformed into full-time position with fixed compensation of 2,500 USD gross;
