Our wishes:
5 years of experience in recruiting, proven results in closing TOP, N-1, N-2, and IT specialist vacancies;
Ability to quickly learn, find and use new research tools , analytical mindset.
Negotiating skills at the level of LPR (decision maker);
Proven skills in closing vacancies by headhunting ;
Understanding of the field of IT technologies;
Experience of Google Boolean and X-Ray search;
Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool;
Recruiting using AI;
Professional courses .
Your obtasks:
Full cycle of recruiting TOP, N-1, N-2 vacancies and IT specialists;
Interaction with the internal Customer regarding vacancies on all issues;
Publication of vacancies on all relevant resources for it, and search for alternative channels for searching for Candidates;
li>Screening of resumes (feedback) for vacancies and independent search for the best talents (relevant) candidates, headhunting;
Organization of interviews with Customers, support of the Candidate at all stages of the interview, a detailed answer is mandatory in case of refusal;
Expanded verification of recommendations for the Candidate;
Formation of Personnel Reserve;
Cooperation with all Employees of the company, maintaining a friendly and ecological microclimate in the Department and the Company as a whole.
Will be a plus:
Experience of working in an IT company.
li>Good knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, HRM systems (Hurma, People Force, etc.).
