Recruiter/HR Generalist in AmaInvest

We offer a unique opportunity to take part in the creation of a Ukrainian start-up company that will engage in the licensed import of cannabis products.

For a successful start, we need an HR Generalist who has deep experience in recruiting professionals and building HR processes from scratch.

What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience recruitment of personnel of various qualifications (preferably in the farm domain);
- Possession of various personnel selection methodologies;
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation;
- Practical experience in personnel administration;
- Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch;
- Experience in using Excel, HR platforms, Google Docs;
- Organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills.

Your main tasks:
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, development of the company's organizational structure;
- Development and publication of vacancies together with line managers, conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates;
- Organization of effective adaptation of personnel in the company;
- Development and motivation of personnel;
- Monitoring, evaluation and improvement of work productivity in different units;
- Creation of a systematic approach to personnel training;
- Ensuring effective communication and facilitating interaction between different units;
-Formation of corporate culture and support of team spirit.
