The IT-Parostok charitable foundation is starting a new social program, the purpose of which is to help veterans return to a fulfilling life through employment in the IT/Digital field. Our unique author's program combines professional training and ongoing psychological support, which helps veterans adapt to new realities.

 Main tasks:

• Search and involvement of volunteers to participate in social projects aimed at supporting veterans.
• Organization and coordination of the work of volunteers at all stages of their cooperation with the foundation.
• Volunteer support and help in preventing emotional burnout.
• Development of policies and procedures for effective interaction with external specialists.
• Communication with volunteers through social networks and other channels of information dissemination.

 Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR or recruiting from 3 years.
• Skills in organizing volunteer events and coordination of the volunteer network.
• Ability to work < strong>partly remote with a flexible schedule.
• Experience working with volunteer or charity organizations would be an advantage.
• Ability to establish communication< /strong> with different people, motivate them and lead them.
