Primary Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of digital strategies for the Ukrainian market.

• Content Marketing: creation, management and optimization of content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• Launching ad campaigns"> Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other channels.

• Monitoring key performance indicators campaigns (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI), analysis of results and their optimization.

• Audience segmentation and targeting considering the data.

• Development and management of email marketing: creation of letters, automation, segmentation of contact bases.

• Cooperation with copywriters, designers and developers for creating content and creatives.

• Project Management: project management, coordination with teams and contractors.

• Optimization and implementation of new tools and processes to improve content effectiveness.

• SEO and content marketing: using Ahrefs or other search engine optimization tools.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of content marketing experience or as a digital marketer.

• Strong knowledge of content strategies, channels and their optimization.

• Experience withcustomer segmentation, profiling and targeting.

• Knowledgeanalytical tools (Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tags) and reporting tools.

• Copywriting skills and creating visually appealing content.

• SEO experience and understanding the basics of search engine optimization.

• Project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities and interact with multiple teams simultaneously.

• Proactive approach, willingness to work in a dynamic environment and implement new ideas.
