Our ideal candidate is a Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in recruiting, is an excellent communicator, understands that recruiting should be data-driven, therefore knows and is able to analyze his work. This is a person whose values, like ours, lie in a high level of interaction with the hiring manager and the candidate. He is a professional who knows how to build relationships, give quality and constant feedback.
The ideal match will be if you have experience in the banking sector, have worked with an automatic transmission system and speak English (this will enable you to participate in international meetings with BNP Paribas).

Our Recruiters are responsible for the full cycle of the recruiting process, from receiving a job application to pre-onboarding a candidate.
Our team is not only engaged in classic recruiting, but also runs its own projects that develop everyone's skills, so your ideas and initiative are always welcome, and the whole team helps to implement.
In addition, daily functions include:
- analyzing vacancies and creating a description that conquers each candidate;
- interacting with hiring managers to ensure an effective hiring process, including organization and conduct of interviews, kickoff meetings, status meetings;
- support of the candidate from the moment of receiving a resume to the issuance of an offer, follow-up and providing constant feedback at each stage of the process;
- conducting recruiting analytics and developing strategies for attracting candidates;
- creating reports based on activity results.
