How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

• ensuring quality and timely mass recruitment in Operation Direction (Ukraine and other countries)
• implementation of full cycle recruiting process using standard and non-standard selection methods
• complex project approach to work on vacancies
• provision of high-level service at all stages of hiring
• determination of optimal search paths, search for non-standard and effective ways of hiring perfect match candidates
• construction and debugging business contacts in a professional environment for the possibility of attracting the best experts
• prompt and high-quality management of the ATS system
• research and analysis of labor markets
• participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, intra-corporate work
• participation in other HR projects of the company
• participation in the development of the employer brand on the labor market

Challenges for three months:

• familiarization with recruiting processes
• recruitment of perfect match candidates according to the agreed deadlines in Operation Direction
• prompt and high-quality management of the ATS system
• research and analysis of labor markets (as needed)
• ensuring timely recruitment of personnel for product release in new countries (as needed)
• search for new and non-standard sourcing and selection methods

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience in recruiting non-tech specialists and mass hiring from 2 years
• experience in ensuring a high-quality full cycle hiring process
• communication skills at a high level
• ability to build an effective search strategy and form a hiring funnel with relevant candidates
• skills in successfully using all neoeffective methods, typical and non-standard tools and resources for searching for specialists
• successful mastery of various interview techniques
• effective negotiation skills
• successful experience in closing niche and complex vacancies
• experience working with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Central Asia, etc.) will be an advantage
• orientation to the result, analytical abilities
• high level of EQ
• English Upper-Intermediate
