This role is for you if you:

• have experience in recruiting and know how to conduct end-to-end vacancies

• work with active search, not only with input feedback

• understand how to evaluate the relevance of candidates

• oriented on results and responsibility

• looking for a freelance format with transparent payment

Main tasks

• full cycle of recruiting

• search and selection candidates for open vacancies

• conducting initial interviews

• supporting candidates to the final stage

Terms and payment

Payment depends on the number of closed vacancies:

• 1 vacancy — 4,000 UAH

• 2 vacancies — 6,000 UAH each

• 3 vacancies — 7,000 UAH each

• 4 vacancies — 8,000 UAH each

• 5 vacancies — 9,000 UAH for each

• 6 vacancies and more — 10,000 UAH for each
