3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with technical positions;Middle+ level; confident management of vacancies from intake to offer;Ability to build open and trusting communication;Orientation on a high-quality candidate experience;Ability to simultaneously work with several vacancies without losing focus.Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers;
- Search and attraction of candidates in various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct search, referrals);
- Support of candidates at all stages with transparency and timely communication;
- Close interaction with hiring managers;
- Working with ATS and maintaining data cleanliness.
