What will you do
- Lead full recruitment cycle (from brief to offer)
- Form the candidate profile together with the client
- Write and publish vacancies
- Actively search (LinkedIn, databases, recommendations, alternative channels)
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
- Accompany candidates to the exit
- Communicate with clients as a partner (and not "executor")
- Closing complex and international positions
Will be a big plus
- Experience of working with the market of Europe or other countries
- Experience of expanding channels of attracting candidates
- Experience of closing IT, narrow-profile roles, C-level
Conditions
- Remote work
- Flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, 09:00-19:00, but without bureaucracy - the main result);

Payment:
- Rate:15,000 UAH + bonuses
- Ukraine:$150-400 per job
- IT / international roles:$250-500
- Europe, other overseas positions:$300-600
