Agrochemical technologies — a leading importer, distributor and manufacturer of mineral fertilizers in Ukraine — invites a financial director / manager to join the team.
We are looking for a specialist who combines a strategic vision with practical work and will be able to effectively develop the financial function of the company.
Requirements:
Experience as a financial director / manager from 3 years
Experience of working with banks and credit instruments
Practical experience of documentary operations (letters of credit, guarantees)
Understanding import-export operations
Experience of managing cash flow and budgeting
Experience financial analysis (including customer and risk assessment)
Experience in preparing documents for lending
Skills in working with financial models
Experience in currency operations
English - basic (working with contracts and banks)
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Optimization of financing conditions (rates, terms, security)
Interaction with banks and support of financial instruments
Documentary operations:
Support of letters of credit (opening, control, closing)
Working with bank guarantees and collection
Financial support of import-export contracts
Interaction with banks regarding documentary financing
Additionally:
Work with alternative sources of financing (grants, investments)
Management of currency operations (purchase / sale currencies)
Financial analysis of clients (scoring, risk assessment)
Preparation of clients for lending
Participation in the structuring of deals
Evaluation of investment projects
Preparation of management reporting
