We need a recruiter who not only knows where to look for top managers, but is also ready to attract the best specialists to the crypto market.

What you will do:

• Search and hunt for top specialists and managers for positions in the crypto sector.
• Work with databases, LinkedIn, and create effective recruiting funnels.
• Conduct interviews — from Zoom to face-to-face meetings.
• Purchase advertising in Telegram and generate traffic to attract candidates.
• Attract the best people to a typical team!

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• Proactivity and willingness to work for results. You yourself determine where to look for a candidate and how to interest him.
• Ability to set clear goals and plan a search strategy.
• Knowledge of the interview process and the ability to create a portrait of the ideal candidate.
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages.
• The possibility to work from the office or remotely (the main thing is the presence of a stable Internet connection).

• Rate $500 + bonuses for each closed vacancy (possibility of earning from $1,500 per month).
