Staleks Shop & Service is a network of branded stores of the company Staleks, based on which there are professional tool maintenance centers. Shop & Service provides a full range of Staleks products for both professional and home use, and various additional beauty products can also be purchased in the shop.

The company continues to work and develop for the sake of victory! We are currently looking for a HR manager\Recruiter.

We we offer:

• Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon-Fri;
• Salary UAH 20,500-28,000/month;
• During the trial period (1 month) salary UAH 17,000;

What is important to us:

• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position;
• Preferably completed HR courses;
• Knowledge of modern methods of personnel search and selection;
• High level of self-organization and communication skills.

• Recruiting: the full cycle of personnel selection from search to hiring;
• Adaptation: ensuring effective onboarding of new employees;
• Systematization and description of existing HR processes and their improvement;
• Offboarding: coordination of the process of employees leaving the company;
• Participation in organizing and conducting events for employees;
• Working with employee data;
