Responsibilities:

• Compilation of a profile of a vacant position.
• Development and posting of advertisements on the Internet, pasting of advertisements.
• Active search and selection of personnel for vacant positions of various levels , conducting selection interviews, interaction with department heads.
• Entering data about employees into the common internal database and forming a personnel reserve (Bitrix).
• Initial adaptation of new employees.
