Main responsibilities:
- Search, attraction and evaluation of candidates for open positions at various levels.
- Conducting interviews and participating in hiring decisions.
- Cooperation with department managers to determine staffing needs.
- Development and implementation of recruiting strategies.
- Maintenance of the candidate database and management of the recruiting process.
- Monitoring of the labor market and competitors to optimize the selection process.
Basic requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting.
- Experience in IT and marketing positions.
- English level B1+.
- Excellent mastery of basic search tools, social networks such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Ability to work with groups and jobs on Telegram and Facebook.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments.
- High communication skills and the ability to persuade.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

- Previous work experience in an arbitration team or company.
- Experience with Peopleforce ATS.< /li>
