Main responsibilities:

• Search, attraction and evaluation of candidates for open positions at various levels.
• Conducting interviews and participating in hiring decisions.
• Cooperation with department managers to determine staffing needs.
• Development and implementation of recruiting strategies.
• Maintenance of the candidate database and management of the recruiting process.
• Monitoring of the labor market and competitors to optimize the selection process.

Basic requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience in IT and marketing positions.
• English level B1+.
• Excellent mastery of basic search tools, social networks such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Ability to work with groups and jobs on Telegram and Facebook.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with different departments.
• High communication skills and the ability to persuade.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Will be an additional plus:

• Previous work experience in an arbitration team or company.
• Experience with Peopleforce ATS.< /li>
