About the vacancy:

• Work schedule: Convenient five-day work week from 10:00 a.m. to 18:30 (lunch break 30 minutes).

Requirements from the candidate:

• !Experience in recruiting Poles!
• High level of self-organization and responsibility, which allows effectively perform assigned tasks.
• Developed communication skills and innate charisma for effective communication with candidates and clients.
• < b style="font-weight: 700">Fluent communication in Polish both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and updating of the customer database in the CRM system.
• Active communication with candidates (phone calls, SMS, messengers).
• Conducting telephone interviews and consulting, as well as successful negotiations with candidates and clients.
• You will be responsible for presenting the company and vacancies in a positive light and concluding deals.
