  You use LinkedIn, job platforms, social networks and databases for searching. You will conduct screening and interviews to find the best candidates, assessing their competencies, motivation and potential.
• You will coordinate the hiring process
  You organize interviews so that everything happens on time. You will accompany candidates at all stages and quickly prepare offers.
• You will help build the employer brand
  You will write vacancies that emphasize your uniqueness, and you will form a positive image of the company on the labor market. 
  You will organize events to attract the best specialists.
• You will analyze and improve processes
  You will update the candidate database, prepare reports on efficiency and optimize your hiring approach for better results.
• You will work as part of a team
  You will help clarify job requirements, support internal HR projects such as adaptation and onboarding.
