Recruiter (fashion retail) in Domino Group

DOMINO GROUP, a chain of exclusive multi-brand luxury men's and women's clothing stores, is holding a competition for the position of RECRUITER

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting in the field of retail, production, PR, marketing, in the restaurant or beauty field.
• Experience as a personal assistant to a manager or in a call center is welcome.
• Competent oral and written communication (Ukrainian, Russian languages).
• Skills for working with different channels of candidate search.
• Experience in closing sales, office, and technical staff vacancies is a must. Desirable experience of closing positions of TOP management, as well as domestic staff.
• Ability to plan your working day and work for results.
• The possibility to work from the office (remote work format is not provided).

Responsibilities:

• Compilation of a candidate profile, publication of vacancies on job search sites.
• Closing company vacancies according to the staffing schedule.
• Conducting telephone interviews of candidates, organizing interviews with the heads of relevant departments. Assessment of skills and competencies of candidates.
• Onboarding, adaptation of new employees.
• Labor market monitoring, personnel reserve management.
• Interaction with employees of other departments for more productive resolution of issues.
• Reporting to the management on the results of the work performed.
