1+ years in the IT industry as a Talent Sourcer/Researcher in the IGaming niche;
experience of actively searching for candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou and other platforms; span>
experience with Boolean search;
experience working with reviews on various platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, work.ua, robota.ua, etc.);
experience with ATS/CRM systems (preferably PeopleForce);
a level of English that allows you to freely conduct written and spoken communication with English-speaking candidates;
proactivity, desire to develop and learn new things.
Purpose of position:
search for candidates for IT and Digital positions according to the needs of the company;
reporting;
building a high-quality HR brand through professionalism and attentiveness to candidates.

Responsibilities:
active search for candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou and other platforms, using Boolean queries and creative strategies;
work with reviews on various platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, work.ua, robota.ua, etc.);
formation of shortlists of candidates, according to the requirements of positions (development, marketing, analytics in iGaming);
conducting primary communication with candidates, using email and LinkedIn campaigns;
cooperation with recruiters to create a search plan and discuss prosleft candidates;
permanent updating of the candidate database and work in ATS;
reporting.
