Recruiter (Digital / International Projects) in ProWinSolution

We are an international group of companies operating since 2020 with a portfolio of products in various markets. The company is actively scaling, and we are developing our recruiting function.

We are looking for a recruiter with experience in international digital projects with a specific niche.

It is important for us to find an independent specialist who is well oriented in the market, understands the specifics of hiring in regulated environments and knows how to work with narrow-profile roles.

If you know how to distinguish strong candidates from just good ones, keep their interest at all stages of recruitment and bring the process to the signing of the offer - we are right on the way.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting

• Experience in closing vacancies in the high-risk / regulated digital niche
  (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers and related roles)

• Confident mastery of sourcing tools: X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn
