- Selection of line and engineering and technical personnel (workers, foremen, engineers, foremen, R&D, office positions)
- Publication of vacancies, work with job portals, social networks, recommendations
- Conducting initial interviews (phone / online)
- Coordinating interviews with department heads
- Managing the candidate database, vacancy closing analytics
- Forming a positive image of the employer
