Recruiter (Fitness Department) in Sport Layf

We are looking for a recruiter for a position in the fitness department. The level of payment is above the market, interesting work, a large friendly team of like-minded people.

 In connection with the development, we are opening a competition to the position of "Recruiter".

• Formation of the search structure and strategy; 
• Interaction with directors of referrals (managers); 
• Interaction with search sources;  
• Conducting meetings;  
• Selection of candidates;  
• Conducting interviews in stages. 
  
  In the future:

• Description of vacancies;  
• Requirements for vacancies;
• Creation of check letters of candidate evaluation; 
• Checklist for preparing for the interview, etc.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year;
• Ability to quickly find the right people candidates, using all available resources;
• Skills in working with recruitment platforms (T-mm, FB, boards, advertising, contests, LinkedIn, Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.); 
• Knowledge of tools for analytics and working with data (Excel, HRM); 
• Creativity, proactivity, result orientation
