Furniture factory invites a Recruiter (assistant HR manager) to work.

What you will do:

• At the request of the HR manager to search for a candidate, prepare information about the position.< /li>
• Performs monitoring of sources, preparation of proposals and placement of information about vacancies.
• Independent search of candidates. Resume analysis.
• Primary telephone interview.
• Scheduling for an interview and control of candidate attendance.
• Reporting on candidates and active search sources.
• /ul>

  Requirements:

  • Work experience is not required, we provide training.
  • PC knowledge
  • Communication and creativity.
