We, the real estate agency "FLATPRIME", invite to our team an enterprising and goal-oriented recruiter who is ready to develop together with us and actively attract specialists to our company.
 

 1. Search and attraction of candidates:
    - Active search for realtors to work in the company through various channels (cold calls, social networks, professional communities, personal contacts).
>    - Coordination of meetings with branch managers.
3. Initiative:
    - Search for non-standard approaches to involvement specialists.
 

Terms of employment and payment:

 - Fixed rate: $500 per month.
 - Commission for employee agreements: 1% of the income of the agents you attract (from each of their deals).
- Free training.

Expectations from the candidate:

- Work experience in recruiting will be an advantage, but not required.
- Willingness to work intensively, handling up to 1000 calls per month.
- Excellent communication skills and initiative.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
