Your main tasks:

< li>Search and recruitment of specialists - you will be the main link in the hiring process, managing the already configured selection system.
• Conducting interviews and checking test tasks - select the best of the best.
• Organization of contractors according to ready-made profiles — to clearly and quickly ensure the selection process. Information search on the Internet to support important company tasks.
• Performance of atypical tasks — information searchrmation, finding contractors, updating the company's knowledge base.
• Working with documents — formatting, transcription, editing and support of current materials.
• Data processing in Excel — creation and updating of tables.
• Additional HR functions, such as adaptation of new employees, creation of instructions and formation of corporate culture.
