- Participation in HR projects: assessment, development, motivation, etc.
We expect from the future colleague:
- Experience in the field of HR from 3 years (HRM, HRBP).
- Experience in recruiting MIDL personnel.
- Knowledge of techniques for evaluating candidates "at the entrance".
- Experience of staff adaptation, holding one-to-one meetings.
- Knowledge of HR processes of assessment, adaptation, and motivation of personnel will be a plus.
- Proactivity of thinking and actions, high level of communication, activity, organization, desire for development.
