A recruiter is needed for an agency that is engaged in the selection of domestic personnel and helps specialists in this field with employment for work in the family Ukraine and abroad border.

Main functional duties of a recruiter :

• search for new candidates for current vacancies of the agency;

• reception of incoming calls and messages from various sources;

• communication with candidates and conducting initial interviews with them, their assessment and verification, questionnaires. Informing new candidates about the agency's current vacancies and the terms of cooperation;

• keeping the primary database of agency candidates.

?Additionally, by prior agreement and a corresponding salary increase, the following functions may be performed by the recruiter (all or optional):

1. ??Posting agency advertisements on various sources in order to find new clients (employers and candidates).

2. Maintenance of the agency's Instagram and Facebook pages.

3. Carrying out other agency promotion activities.

4. Assistant head of the agency.?

Working conditions: remote work format, full-time - 5/2 (or part-time), working hours and days - by agreement. At the request of the recruiter, it is possible to increase working hours, respectively and professional level.

Payment: UAH 18,000-35,000/month. or the rate and percentage for each candidate employed. Other options are possible, discussed, depending on the level of skills and functions of the recruiter. Premiums.
