Financial director in Resorcer

We are looking for candidates for the position of CFO for our client, an international fast-growing logistics company that is currently actively expanding markets of Central European countries. 

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Setting up managerial and financialaccounting, including the preparation of consolidated reporting companies
• Budgeting processes, forecasting, reporting by profit/cost centers on a regular basis
• Operational and strategic management of liquidity and financial risks
• Monitoring of enterprise activity indicators, plan factual analysis
• Coordination of the work of departments of the financial department in Ukraine and non-resident structures
• Organization and implementation of automation of financial and accounting processes
• Interaction with investment companies for attracting financing
• Development and implementation of key performance indicators
• Development and implementation of the company's financial and economic model
• Managing the financial department and accounting.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in a financial or related field
• Management experience in finance from 5 years
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
• Experience working with foreign jurisdictions or legal entities-non-residents
• Experience of coordinating the work of financial departments both in Ukraine and in foreign structures
• Understanding modern financial and accounting process automation tools
• Experience of presenting a financial and economic model to investors and making strategic decisions based on financial indicators.
