The tight-knit team of the Recruitment Department of the Budpostach company needs reinforcement in the form of a recruiter.

We would like to see a candidate with a higher education, preferably with work experience in the field of recruiting, and most importantly, with the ambition to achieve the highest results at work, the desire to be the best!

Specifics of work:

• Possibility of closing positions at different levels;
• Labor market monitoring and compilation of a search card;
• Active search and communication with potential candidates (according to core competencies);
• Participation in employment decision-making. Support, adaptation of new employees.
• Conducting welcome trainings.
