Copywriter (Creative & Content Writer)PUMB is the largest private bank of Ukraine with a 35-year history. We are not just a bank, we are a financial hub that speaks to customers in a human language. We are looking for a master of words who will help make our products understandable and communications unforgettable.What you will need to do:

• Create content for the PUMB Online mobile application: from short push messages to descriptions of new financial services.
• Write for marketing campaigns: develop ideas and texts for landing pages, social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram) and advertising banners.
• Work with UX copywriting: make the client's journey through the interface easy and barrier-free.
• Adapt Tone of Voice: maintain a friendly, expert and honest brand style across all channels.
• Create blog and media content: write about financial literacy, investments and life hacks in plain language.

We are waiting for you if you:

• You have experience in copywriting for at least 2 years (experience in fintech, banks or creative agencies will be an advantage).
• You can explain complex banking terms (cashback, overdraft, deposit) to your child or your grandmother.
• You speak Ukrainian flawlessly language.
• You understand the difference between text for stories and text for an official release.
• Able to work in a team with designers and marketers to achieve a common KPI.

It will be a plus:

• Working with AI tools for content generation and optimization.
• Understanding the basics of SEO and UX research.
