In connection with the expansion of the direction, our teamis in search recruiter.

Our wishes: 

• experience of working as a recruiter from the 1st year;
• experience of closing non-technical vacancies;
• knowledge of the English language at the B2 level.

Functional duties:

• Search for candidates: work with job sites, social networks, LinkedIn, etc.;
• Conducting telephone interviews, initial interviews, organizing interviews with job applicants;
• Participating in the evaluation of candidates;
• Checking candidates through the internal security service;
• Providing feedback to candidates who did not pass the competition selection;
• Participation in the formation of a function for creating job offers;
• Supporting the candidate from the moment of approval of his candidacy until the moment he passes the probationary period in the company;
