- Oriented to constant acquisition of new knowledge and open to changes in hiring approaches;
- Have successful experience in closing IT and non-IT vacancies;
- Never stop at one options: constantly looking for new opportunities, using various resources, possessing techniques and tools of personnel selection;
- You know how to set priorities, think critically and analytically;
- You have experience in closing vacancies with the help of headhunting;
- It is desirable to understand the field of production;
- You know how to use LinkedIn as a business tool;
- You have MS Office, Google Sheets and HRM systems (Hurma, PeopleForce, etc.).
What will you do:
- Development of attractive vacancies and their strategic placement on popular sites (competitor analysis, monitoring positions on the market);
- Search for candidates: market monitoring, work with resume databases, operational feedback analysis;
- Recruitment of personnel for various levels — working, technical, administrative and top managers. Priority closing of urgent vacancies;
- Conducting initial interviews and organizing meetings with management for further selection of candidates;
- Receiving recommendations from previous employers of candidates, maintaining constant contact and support before starting work;
- Proposals on new channels for attracting candidates and improving selection processes;
- Forming and maintaining a personnel reserve, constant monitoring of the candidate market for of each position in the company, regardless of open vacancies;
- Preparation of reports, creation of statistical data and candidate database for further use in the selection process.
