What to do:

• Creation, implementation, optimization, automation, digitization of business processes
• Standardization of production and business processes of the company (in particular, a description of the product life cycle process in the company)
• Audit of business processes, search for weak points (bottleneck) and their elimination
• Ensuring effective operational management (analysis, goal setting, planning, delegation, coordination, control).
• Organization and coordination of the work of all divisions of the company.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Availability of experience in the production field
• Availability of 3+ years of management experience
• Expertise in the functioning of enterprises of various types and willingness to share it
• Initiative, constant desire to improve business processes and functioning enterprises
• Knowledge of modern methods of automation and digitization of operational and business processes
• Experience in implementing ERP systems
• Ability to analyze data and create strategic decisions based on them

• High level of communication and the ability to establish effective relationships with different levels of personnel and stakeholders
• Ability to determine business value, prioritization of action algorithms
• Ability to delegate tasks
