You will help us scale our widely used, industry-changing product IT Company and our service-side business with constantly growing projects from EU/US.

Вимоги:

- Experience closing 2-3 Middle positions per month
- Ability to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with candidates
- Knowledge of full hiring cycle
- Experience using all modern recruitment channels like LinkedIn and Djinni

Обов'язки:

- Work on a full cycle of IT recruitment and earn a commission
- Work with dedicated Sourcers to minimize routine
- Communicate closely with Hiring Managers
- Conduct research and analyze the job market
- Work on improvements in the recruitment process
- Maintain systematic reporting
