We are looking for an experienced HR manager to join our young and friendly team.

You are our person if you have:

• 2 years of work experience in the position of HR manager / HR People Partner / HRgeneralist / HR business partner;
• confident experience in the field of recruiting;
• experience of conducting interviews online and offline;
• high communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people of creative specialties;
• ability to conduct business correspondence in Ukrainian and English;
• experience in conducting training workshops / seminars / lectures;
• skills of mediating conflict situations;
• ability to explain and support corporate culture.

Key tasks:

• participation in the construction and implementation of business processes in accordance with the personnel management system;
• conducting the full cycle of specialist selection (from the withdrawal of the application to the completion of the initial adaptation);
• li>
• holding 1:1 meetings;
• searching for candidates by any available method: job search sites, social networks (15% employment, there is a recruiter);
• participation in the organization of corporate events;
• conducting exit interviews, support of the dismissal process.
