"VENTS" is a world leader in the production of ventilation, whose products are successfully sold throughout Ukraine and in more than 120 countries of the world, is holding a competition for the vacant position of Recruiter in the Department of Personnel Selection and Adaptation.

What tasks need to be solved:

• full the recruitment cycle from receiving an application to an offer (office, engineering and technical staff, production);
• active search for candidates on various platforms (job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.);< /li>
• active interaction with candidates, conducting selection interviews and organizing final interviews with the customer;
• testing and implementing new search channels - to expand the funnel and attract even more cool specialists to the team;
• conducting job analysis and reporting within the framework of job duties.
