We need an employee who has:

< li style="font-weight: 400">complete higher/secondary education;
• experience in mass recruitment from the 1st year;
< li style="font-weight: 400">experience with various recruitment methods;
• ability to work in multitasking mode;
• readiness for learning and professional growth;
• personal qualities: independence, responsibility, sociability and structure.

Tasks with which you will work:

• search and recruitment;
• interviews with candidates;
• monitor the labor market;
• develop the Company's corporate culture and actively participate in HR projects;
• reporting on work results.
