Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a recruiter;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Experience in mass recruitment will be considered an advantage;

• Understanding various recruitment methods, including non-standard channels;

Main duties:

• Search and recruitment of personnel;
• Creation of job descriptions for candidates and placement on job sites, social networks, Telegram channels;
• Interaction with hiring managers and organization of interviews;
• Formation, management of personnel reserve;

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri (09:00-18:00);
• Trial period - 1 month;
