Labor standardization engineer (production) in EYRLODZhIKS, TOV

Currently, we are happy to invite a person to our team for the positionEngineer for rationing labor for production (left bank). 

Requirements for the vacancy:

• Experience of working in production by profession for at least one year.
• Experience in labor regulation, production organization, forms and systems of labor payment , methods of analysis labor indicators.
• Determination of standards of working hours and volumes of work in production.
• A confident user of a PC (MS Office), preferably 1C.

Responsibilities:

• Establishment of technically justified standards of working time for various types of work, calculated on the basis of labor standards, results of analysis of working time costs (time records, photos of working time, etc.).
• Collection and systematization of information , regarding the completed work in production.
• Control of the implementation of labor standards and their correction if necessary.
