• recruiting experience in the field of affiliate marketing;
• understanding of the specifics of selecting candidates for traffic arbitration;
• ability to work with various sources of candidate search;
• communication and ability to work in a team;
• responsibility and meeting deadlines;
• availability of own candidate base (media buyers and affiliate managers).

What will need to be done:

• select candidates according to the specified parameters;
• write vacancies and place them on different jobs sites;
• conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;
• provide feedback to candidates;
• report in the ATS system;
