Poster's business model is a vertical Saas. We create an ecosystem of solutions for the horeka market, where the POS system is complemented by various applications. From online taxation, QR menu to mobile cash register and application for remote control of the owner, as well as a whole market of external integrations and the most caring customer support.

To the Sales department responsible for connecting new customers, we need an ambitious and playful Head of the enterprise sales department, who strives to become a leader and is ready to take responsibility for the team's results.
Together with you, we let's change the vision of restaurateurs in Ukraine. During all this time, we learned how to connect more than 1,000 institutions per month, formed a vision that Poster is simple and convenient. However, we faced the conviction of large restaurants and chains that Poster is only suitable for small businesses, and we do not know how to work with complex formats. In fact, we already successfully cooperate with chains with more than 100 establishments, automating multi-floor restaurants and hotels.
This role involves leading a team that will build Poster's close relationship with the coolest establishments, chains and franchises in Ukraine. The main goal is to make sure that the best and most famous clients work with us.
We are looking for a person who, together with us, strives to simplify business for restaurants and make Poster their best partner.
< p>Āš¼ What will the Head of enterprise sales at Poster do?
- Drive, train, motivate and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Build outbound sales processes and automate them.
- Negotiate with corporate, media clients, explain how to grow and develop together with Poster.
- li>Increase team KPIs: sales volume, number of new customers, conversion, average check.
- Study the market and customer needs, and analyze and track performance metrics using CRM.
- Brothers participation in conferences, exhibitions, seminars.
- Work on company OKRs in cross-functional teams.

We are created for one one, if you have:
- Experience in sales of mid-market or enterprise businesses for 2 years or more, experience as a manager will be a plus.
- Experience in construction outbound processes in the sales department and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Leadership qualities and willingness to work proactively, look for new sales methods and develop together with the company.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work with data, including Google Sheets and Data Studio.
It will be great if you have:
- Knowledge of the HoReCa market in Ukraine.
- Experience in the restaurant business or integration of IT solutions in the restaurant business.
