We are looking for a IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruitment, be skilled at sourcing and attracting top talent, and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities:

• Actively search for candidates according to open positions.
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
• Build and maintain a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline across various positions and skill sets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication with potential prospects.
• Participate in Full Cycle Recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, making job offers, and onboarding new employees.
• Create an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain a positive company brand.
• Participate in HR processes and company activities (OKR process).

What we expect:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• At least Intermediate Strong English level.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment tools and HR databases.
• Experience with recruitment metrics.
• Ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
• Team and result-oriented attitude.
