We are looking for a IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruitment, be skilled at sourcing and attracting top talent, and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities:
- Actively search for candidates according to open positions.
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
- Build and maintain a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline across various positions and skill sets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication with potential prospects.
- Participate in Full Cycle Recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, making job offers, and onboarding new employees.
- Create an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain a positive company brand.
- Participate in HR processes and company activities (OKR process).
What we expect:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- At least Intermediate Strong English level.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment tools and HR databases.
- Experience with recruitment metrics.
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews.
- Team and result-oriented attitude.
