Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of personnel selection (from receiving an application to the candidate leaving for work).
- Managing 5-15 vacancies of different levels of complexity at the same time.
- Conducting targeted recruiting for specific applications business.
- Active search for candidates (job sites, LinkedIn, direct search, recommendations).
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates in accordance with position requirements.
- Organization and support of candidates until the moment of starting work.
- Interaction with managers to clarify the profile of candidates and quickly close vacancies.
- Participation in control points of adaptation of new employees (first weeks/months).
- Partial participation in HR functions: communication with employees, support of the working climate.
- Maintaining simple job analytics (closing speed, sourcing efficiency).
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience in recruiting from 2 years.
- Able to work with a large volume of vacancies and priorities.
- Result-oriented - closing vacancies and bringing a person to a position.
- Has experience in active (sourcing) search for candidates.
- Able to quickly find solutions and adapt to changes.
- Communicative, responsible, with good skills self-organization.
- Experience with line staff and mass recruitment will be an advantage.
Working conditions:
- Schedule: 5/2, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
