• conduct a full recruitment cycle: from application to candidate exit;
• close operational positions: Sales Manager, Support Manager, MTI, etc.;
• work with job sites and other networks;
• conduct interviews (phone + video);
• interact with hiring managers;
• analyze conversions, drops and improve the process;
• provide feedback to candidates.

What is important:

• experience in recruiting from 6 months (mass / operational);
• recruitment experience in Sales / Support / Operations will be an advantage;
• willingness to manage 3-5+ vacancies of the same type at the same time;
• ability to work with metrics and funnel (will be a plus);
• strong communication skills;
• self-organization and speed at work.

We offer:

• full-time employment;
• schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00;

Salary:

• real average income25,000 UAH;
• rate 17,000 UAH + bonuses for results.
