Recruiter in Sklad Service

We invite you to join the SKLAD SERVICE team for the position of Recruiter.

What you will do:

• Conduct the full cycle of recruitment - from briefing to accompanying the candidate at all stages to exit
• Form the candidate profile together with the hiring manager
• Work with various search channels (LinkedIn, job sites, direct search)
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Control deadlines and the quality of closing vacancies
• Maintain the candidate database and work with CRM / ATS
• Analyze recruitment efficiency (conversions, terms, quality of hire)
• Initiate improvements in recruiting processes

At the same time there can be from 3 to 8 vacancies

Who we are looking for:

A person who takes responsibility for the result, not the process. But it is important for us:

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years
• Experience in closing various types of vacancies - work specialties (installer, storekeeper, mechanic), office positions (accountant, project manager, marketer) and TOP level (commercial director, operations director)
• Direct search skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn)
• Skills in working with various platforms for personnel search (job sites, Telegram channels, olx)
• Ability to evaluate candidates
• Understanding recruiting metrics
• High self-organization

Will be a plus:

• In-house or agency experience
• Experience in improving or building recruiting processes

• Working schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., hybrid format (office/remote)
• Salary in the amount of UAH 35,000.
