What we offer

• Salary 40,000 - 50,000 UAH (the level is discussed based on your experience in technical recruiting and closing complex vacancies).
• Work schedule 5/2, full employment.
• The location is a comfortable office at the address of Kyiv, Larysy Rudenko Street, 6a.

Your tasks

• Active recruiting full cycle of personnel search — from the publication of vacancies to the employee starting work (engineers, technologists, mechanics).
• Sourcing and networking using professional networks, forums and industry databases to search for rare specialists in the aviation industry.
• Conducting interviews, assessing the professional and personal qualities of candidates, organizing technical interviews with department heads.
• Adapting and supporting the development of immersion programs in production processes for new colleagues and supporting them during the trial phase term.
• Development of the employer brand, presentation of the company as a leading player in the field of high technologies on the labor market.
