We are looking for aRecruiter, who will help us keep up the hiring pace, work with different recruitment formats and ensure quality at every stage.
What will you be? do
- Lead the full cycle of recruiting - from application to exit of the candidate
- Coordinate the role profile with the hiring manager and determine closing priorities
- Close both niche specialized roles and mass hiring positions
- Work with feedback and actively search for candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, referrals, direct search)
- Conduct initial interviews and assess professional suitability
- Organize and coordinate technical and final interviews
- Accompany candidates to offer acceptance
- Prepare and reconcile offers within budget framework
- Monitor closing deadlines vacancies
- Maintain the candidate base and current statuses in ATS
- Work on improving the candidate experience
What is important to us
- Experience in managing the full cycle of recruiting
- Strong sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean, direct search)
- Experience with mass recruiting would be an advantage
- Ability to conduct structured interviews
- Experience closing technical, production or business roles
- Experience with ATS
- Understanding of basic recruiting metrics
