What you will need to do:

• conduct a cold search for candidates;
• post vacancies on job portals and social networks;
• conduct initial interviews with candidates;
• participate in writing test tasks;
• monitor trainees;
• process a warm candidate base;
• participate in the assessment of candidates.

What you need to know:

• literate spoken and written Ukrainian;
• ability to write creative texts;
• possible without experience work, but understand the basics of recruiting.
