OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• higher / unfinished higher / secondary specialized education; (preferably in the field of food technology or equivalent
• knowledge of meat processing technologies, fish, quality department, legislation on food products;
• ability to train, select a professional team, manage and motivate staff;
• high responsibility, accuracy and organization.

MAIN TASKS:

• organization of the work of meat and fish departments, control over production and quality of products;
• planning of procurement of raw materials and necessary equipment;
• development of technological processes of meat and fish processing;
• control of compliance of products with quality and safety standards;
• organization, stimulation and search for effective methods to increase sales of meat and meat and fish products at the point of sale;
• analysis of requests and needs from buyers;
• staff training and motivation, work process support, quality control and task performance.
