4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (confident user of Excel).
5. Systematic, attention to details, focus on the internal customer - a must, communication skills, ability to work in a team;

Your main tasks in this position:

1. Full recruitment cycle: from profile creation to adaptation.
2. Working with various vacancies - from line staff to management positions;
3. Posting and promoting vacancies in various channels of attracting candidates.
4. Active search candidates on various platforms.
5. Initial selection and analysis of resumes.
6. Conducting interviews, checking references.
7. Managing the candidate database, analytics and reporting.
8. Cooperation with job seekers and understanding who exactly they are looking for.
9. Constantly improve skills, develop in the HR direction.
