Your main tasks in this position:
- Full recruitment cycle: from profile creation to adaptation.
- Working with various vacancies - from line staff to management positions;
- Posting and promoting vacancies in various channels of attracting candidates.
- Active search candidates on various platforms.
- Initial selection and analysis of resumes.
- Conducting interviews, checking references.
- Managing the candidate database, analytics and reporting.
- Cooperation with job seekers and understanding who exactly they are looking for.
- Constantly improve skills, develop in the HR direction.
